An incident occurred when I visited for replacement of my Brezza car tyres. I paid through UPI using credit card, I was unaware of the fact that merchant receives less amount than the amount actual paid. Moreover, the lady at billing desk told me post payment. Further, I had a word with Mr. Nagpal regarding the issue, who is very generous and helpful person. He understood that due to miscommunication the issue arose and agreed to settle the issue. I really appreciate and also apologise to Mr. Nagpal whatever happened was unintentional. Thanks for your support.
