MRF T&S - The Tyre Junction The Masters of Indian Roads

I came here to replace the remaining two tyres on my XUV700 after having a disappointing experience at another MRF franchise in Kalkaji. The difference in service was immediately noticeable. The staff here were extremely professional, polite, and welcoming. One person single-handedly removed all four wheels, fitted the two new tyres, and carried out the balancing and alignment work with great care. Despite the amount of work involved, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. What impressed me most was the customer service. I was offered tea and coffee, spoken to respectfully, and given detailed explanations about the tyres and what would be best suited for my car. The gentleman managing the place—whom I believe may be the owner—was knowledgeable, well-mannered, and genuinely interested in helping rather than simply making a sale. After being disappointed with the service at the Kalkaji outlet, I’m glad I came here. I purchased two more MRF tyres for my XUV700 and left extremely satisfied with both the product and the overall experience
