My car tyres were seriously misaligned and both front tyres were deflated. The technicians came, fixed new tyres and took the car to their shop. I found technicians working on the floor, who are responsible for aligning the tyres, serious about their job and fixed the alignment issues. It took more time to align than normal, but they gave enough time and effort to carry out their job and successfully aligned the tyres to a satisfactory level.
