Absolute lifesavers! Last month we were on our way back from Chikmagalur to Bangalore when the tubeless tyre on my bike developed a massive crack and started leaking air fast. We desperately needed a tyre replacement to keep moving, but because of the specific size, a new tyre wasn't available anywhere nearby. To make matters worse, we couldn't even find a matching tube to temporarily fix the tubeless tyre. This is where the store manager and his team truly stepped up. The manager's behavior was exceptionally good, and he went completely out of his way to help us. Even though the exact size wasn't in stock, he somehow managed to source and fit a tube that worked perfectly to get us out of a highly stressful situation. Thanks to his quick thinking and dedication, we were able to safely make it back to Bangalore that exact same day.
